Some of you will remember that some time ago I put up a post asking for you give me mix cd titles. Well, they're done! Ha!

They're burned. They're in nice little cd cases and neated padded envelopes. Thing is? They're missing addresses. That part? Is YOUR job. *G*

So if you requested a mix cd send me your mailing address and I'll pop your cd in the mail. Woo hoo postal service!

But there's one other thing... These mixes turned out really well. Sooo...if you want? Even if you didn't request one the first time around, I'll send you a copy of one of these*. Just comment here and then email me your addy.

Ooo, I know I don't comment often, but... those all sound so, so intriguing! Makes me regret that I somehow blinked and missed the original request post. And I've been shopping around for new music a lot lately, lurking in peoples' LJs downloading the things they're listening to...

If I asked really, really super nice and offered you cookies and chocolate and possibly my firstborn, could I ask for a couple? I really like the sound of That was awful. Do it again and the one made for chinchilla82. Actually, the one for trensaddiction sounds really interesting, too, but I don't want to push my luck.

Quiet Days
~
Spending long days travelling, forced so close together, made them almost too familar with each other. Physical touch or speaking aloud would push over the edge from stimulation to abrasion, destroying the grudging beginnings of allowing and accepting the other to be so near when there was no other choice but resentment. It should be so simple, why didn't the two idiots in the back get it?

On quiet days, when no one needed to speak, they conversed out of the corners of their eyes. They learned how to hear the nuances of posture and position and tension and expression, and how to converse in that language -- haltingly at first, then with greater fluency. On quiet days, they discovered the feel of each other without touching. Gazes slid over clothing as if it was naked skin, eyes locked for heartbeat before glancing back to the road. Anything more would be too much.

At the ends of such quiet days, when they finally reached a much-anticipated inn, the rooming arrangements had already been determined silently long before. Yet, even if a seperate room wasn't available, they didn't need much time alone. On such days they'd already engaged in hours of foreplay and talking dirty.
