Well, I'm not dying and my estrogen levels seem to be alright. My thyroid is all wonky, however, and so I am now the possessor of a prescription for something with a lot of vowels. All they said about my knee was that "there seems to be extra fluid, but the joint looks fine, so you shouldn't worry." Um... Then why does it hurt so much? Supposed to go back in two months for more blood work, but if my hands and knees don't feel better in two weeks time I'm going back and demanding a referral to a rheumatologist.

Did have lunch with Karot today, though. Heh. Dude, I'm sooooo writing that out some time. Here's to cats, dude. ^____^

I can't remember if I mentioned this before, but a chiropractor may be able to do a lot more for your joint problems than a medical doctor -- it's their speciality, along with fixing such things in non-surgical, non-drug ways.
