Car go Boom!

aquabeanOr, well, it was more of a Hisssssss, really.
I overheated on the way to work today. What fun. Made it off the freeway though. Actually, it was at the exit I use for work, so I was only a few blocks away and my aunt lives quite close so I gave her a call and she brought me a gallon of water and an oven-mitt. The car was refilled and everything seems mostly okay, though my dad thinks a hose may have given up the fight somewhere in the region of the radiator. Stupid hose.
Having made it work in one piece I will now hope that my car is okay to drive home this evening and then will worry about getting it fixed later.
...because really, one more really expensive, but necessary, thing in my life breaking down was just what I needed. *headdesk*
