aquabeanEveryone has a gateway drug. Something small and insidious that comes to pervade your mind and will, given the slightest chance, alter the landscape of your entire life.
Mine was Dai Guard.
This is the anime from which the theme of this lj was pulled. This is the anime which made my brain go sideways and my unfed love of cartoons blossom into the soul eating obsession it has become.
Today, Dai Guard became mine. MINE.
Best Buy didn't have the wireless plug in I needed, but they did have the entire series in one box set for only $37. *does mad happy dance in office chair* And so, since today was payday, I got it.
The only thing left up in the air for Friday's dinner was the entertainment. Oh, it's decided now. Eva meets Office Space. Ye-ah.
Please note the icon. That Shirota. Wicked badass, with a heart of gold and an affinity for paperwork. Go him.

ooh I am so jealous... even though I recently aquired this list of DVD's each for less than $10... (and over the space of a few months... but still)
