PT and I went shopping yesterday. Spent $300 on food. Shut up--before that all we had in the house were two cans of soda. Now though we have enough food to keep us going for weeks. Though we still don't have mustard. I'm going shopping again after work.

The new X-men calendar is finally up in my cube. Last week in January too. *shrugs* Meh, it's just a picture of Cyk being weirdly body-builder with lasers coming out of his eyes while he's standing on the top of a jeep which I think may be sinking into molten lava. *tilts head stares a picture* He's blasting the sky though, so I'm not entirely sure what it is he hopes to accomplish. Wait for Angel or Jean I guess. (Side Note: In Ultimate X-men they've redone Warren's hair and he looks like a total tool. Dude, the longish hair is okay, but now they're drawing him like Angel in 616verse and I don't approve. 616 Warren is an asshat, please PTB at Marvel, don't send my lovable Ultimate-Angel down that same path to total asshattery.)
I peeked a February though. Rogue + Remy = Rune is glad Feb. is a short month. *grumblegrumble* StupidRoguetreatingRemyliketrash--grrr...

Data entry is officially no longer my job as of the beginning of March. *HappyDance* Talking with Boss Lady today was very nice. She really likes me despite the fact that I am at least marginally incompetent at my job. This new reporting stuff I'll be doing is much more suited to my abilities. Also, it involves less paperwork. I'll be saving trees!

Both bored and anal retentive, PT has made up a spreadsheet of the expenses so far and what I owe her. Also, she seems to know me quite well, since now all the bills make a lot more sense. PT + Excel = Lethal bill-paying combo.

Still no internet at the apartment. I weep. If Diego hasn't pulled himself together by this weekend I will make myself Cox's bitch and pay exorbitant amounts for high speed access. But in the mean time I will gleefully abuse the intraweb available to me here at work.

There are bookcases in my bedroom. There are books in my bedroom. They live lonely and separate lives, each in their own set of boxes, unable to touch or commune with one another because the lamp I need to light the room in order to read the directions for the bookcases is still living in its own box on the desk. One day they will be united, they will. Might not be tonight though, since the cable box arrived and this means I can watch Teen Titans and BBC America.
Home productivity will officially be Zero.
