...so if the turkey rack falls on one side and now your turkey is listing to one side, is that a bad thing?

Eep! Not that I have two clicks to rub together to make a clue about cooking turkey, having never done so personally, but I would think that if it is still centered in the oven, the rest is aesthetics? I hope?

Does your oven heat top and bottom, or just top or just bottom? If the rack falling put one end of the bird closer to the heat source, it might cook a little unevenly, so you'll want to test the temperature of the end farthest from the heat source when checking for doneness.
