I went to the car place.

I called upon my inner-Roy and made the little dude working the counter quiver at how calm and scary I can be when I smile.

I got my car back tonight.

They're going to be calling in a specialist. He's going to be on Thursday because that's the day that works best for ME and then I should get my car back again Thursday night.

AND they're doing all of this for FREE.
