No worries, I totally understand. It's no rare occurence when some TV show/movie/book/story strikes something just a little too personal and I end up bawling over nothing. *blush*
I did, however, know someone who was horrible upset and had to spend the whole evening alone and angsting because of that cheesy weather-apocolypse movie, 'The Day After Tomorrow'.
