Notes on life:

1) Redid lj layout, colours and theme. All very nice. Have to admit the new green is very soothing.

2) New Ken icon. Actually sorta matches the layout. There may be a new default icon in the offing, if only so that it matches the new colours.

3) For those following the job thing, I'm still in one piece. It's the waiting that kills.

4) Watched FMA ep. 25 with Rana tonight. There was a lot of crying and extensive use of tissues. I've got it TiVo'd at home too. Will probably end up watching it again tomorrow. No word for how much I love this show. I'll probably post about this again tomorrow. There's been much discussion on this end about all the possible endings for these characters. Sure, the anime has its wrap up -- to a certain extent -- but the manga is far from done and there are many, many directions in which it could head. All of this leading to my only increased love for both Roy and the rest of them.

Guh. Episode 25. I didn't mean to, but I cried. To my credit, I didn't break down until Roy started talking. But once Roy started talking I was completely gone. I'm...quite glad I got a warning, actually. Because watching it happen is so much harder than reading it. *tear*

Okay, first thing I'm sure you noticed since you friended me is that I'm p a i n f u l l y s l o w about answering comments. *sheepish* So, um, yeah.

Anyways, the best place to find the manga is here (http://groups.msn.com/FullMetalAlchemist/fullmetalalchemistmanga.msnw"). They're readable and sometimes pretty funny. You can find the anime on netflix -- up through disk 3 anyway -- though I know more than a few people who've gotten fan subs from various bittorrent places.

Seriously, you've GOT to start on this fandom. It is excellent. ^_____^
