Every time I try to think of something I can only think of giftshops.
Or like...a be-all-end-all Manga Emporium guarded by cosplayers.
THAT'S WHAT YOU NEED. Decent cosplayers roaming around the park, from Pikachu a'la comic con to Witch Hunter Robin complete with flashpaper.
