Anyone out there know how one would go about copyrighting a name? There are tentative plans for the beginning of a...partnership? Production Company? Random Creative Venture? Between myself and pvt_tiger (though, madpinkflamingo may get in on the act too).

What we need now though is to figure out if we can secure our name, in order for the business license. Help? Ideas?

But while I agree that a black shirt (or brown, as the case and your tyrannical leanings may be) is a staple of any villain's wardrobe, pastel pink is the color of evil, is it not? I think Che would have been quite dashing in his polo.

Summary: you can do something formally if you want, for safety, but the minute you put it on paper (or online), as long as you've put actual thought and creativity into your own into a creation, it belongs to you unless you've done it under contract/funding/university supervision. But read the thing.

And if you are getting serious about this, I'll re-mention the shirty thoughts I mentioned before. If Our Lady of the Toffee wishes decreased vagueness, she has only to express an interest. (bows)

And the talent doesn't hurt, either. Man, she and Kate Winslet are just so incredibly hot. Definitely my favorites among the incredibly talented set.

Completely unrelated: Shirts are total non sequiturs. Or that's the idea anyway. We've got everything from "When the Revolution comes..." to "chinga tus tortugas!" ("Fuck your turtles!" in Spanish). None of them have anything to do with the comic, though maybe one day. In the mean time? We're just looking for clever and funny. Though, thoroughly ironic statements are our favorites.
