Entirely apart from the ambiguity of your prior Roy-centric drabble, you've really gotten your Edvoice back. The Roy/Ed runs strong with this one. Love Roy being introspective and the words missing in the dialogue. Roy/Ed makes me terribly happy, especially on certain plateaus. Damn us, that's not until...March.
