aquabeanJem left for Japan today. He called me from the gate before he boarded the plane. God I'm going to miss him. Stupid boy. At least he promised to pick me up goodies if I send him a list. I might not get them until he comes back in April, but still. Aaahh, the friends of our childhood, how they make your brain go "HEH."

2. You look into a rain puddle. What do you see?: Sand, just below the sharp reflection of sun.
3. Have you ever seriously vandalized someone else's property? Nope.
4. Have you ever hit someone of the opposite sex? Um. Once. But he totally deserved it.
5. Have you ever sang in front of a large number of people? Way to go drama major. It was in French but that doesn't matter.
6. Whats the first thing you notice about the preferred sex? Smile, hands, how excited they get about life.
7. What really makes you happy? Sun, swimming in the ocean, standing at the top of tall things and looking down (but not too close to the edge *shudder*), having someone pet my hair.
8. What do you order at Starbucks? Frappuachino. Since I don't like coffee most of the time, that's basically it.
9. What is your biggest mistake? Giving up.
10. Ever hurt yourself on purpose? Donwannatalkaboutit.
11. Say something totally random about you: I'm sitting on the floor as I type this and the top of my butt is asleep.
12. Has anyone ever said you looked like a celebrity? When I was skinny I reminded people of Janeane Garofalo.
13. Do you still watch kiddy movies or tv shows? Dagrassi kicks ass! Oh, it goes there.
14. Did you have braces? 6 years and three surgeries. Yessch.
15. Are you comfortable with your height? ...shutup. Five one is just fine thank you.
16. What is the most romantic thing someone of the opposite sex has done for you? Come to get me any time I called and let me watch Bug's Life on his sofa all afternoon.
17. When do you know it's love? *laughs* It's true, naps are love. But so is paperwork.
18. Do you speak any other languages? Spanish in a wonderfully conversational way. One day I'll figure out the writing bit.
19. Have you ever been to a tanning salon? Heh. Mine's genetic.
20. What magazines do you read? Entertainment Weekly, National Geographic, and the occasional copy of The New Yorker.
21. Have you ever ridden in a limo? I think so? Heh. That's gotta mean something.
22. Has anyone you were really close with passed away? ...A family friend committed suicide about two years ago. My mom found her. That was pretty gut wrentching.
23. Do you watch mtv? Eh, not so much. Most of it's pretty stupid.
24. What's something that really annoys you? Getting cut off in traffic, noisy neighbors, when the milk goes bad and I don't realize it until I take a sip.
25. What's something you really like? The way the shade feels when you've been napping in the sun long enough for sweat to dribble down in the backs of your knees.
26. Do you like Michael Jackson? Meh. His personal weirdness has kind of overshadowed any other opinions of him I might have had.
27. Can you dance? I've been known to boogie in the car and to the muzak in the grocery store, yeah.
28. What's the latest you have ever stayed up? How about we go with longest? Which was about 64 hours. EEeeeeh. College was a time of much learning and little sleep.
29. Have you ever thought that you were honestly going to die? When I got denge fever. But then again, I was kinda delusional, so...Heh.
30. Have you ever been rushed by an ambulance into the emergency room? No. I had fun in the ICU, but I got there in a car.
31. Do you actually read these when other people fill them out? Totally. You get to learn and kinds of wacky things. Sometimes, it's just smartass things, but still *G*
32. Does the furniture in your house have an identifiable theme or motif? Yes. We went with a look the roommate and I like to call "Found on Craig's List."
33. What is your view on society? "I like making new friends but I hate meeting people."

I just want to find a job that makes me happy and people to share stuff with. Well that and have enough money to buy a car with windows that work. *facepalm*
41. During group projects, do you prefer to be in charge (the dominator) or follow everyone else (the dominated)? A little from column A, a little from column B... it depends on who I'm working with. I tend to end up in charge though.
42. Were you/are you a good student? Mmm... notsomuch. I've always had "so much potential." Heh.
43. Even when out of class/after graduation/during the summer, do you still strive for knowledge? ...yeah, thinking about going back to get my Masters because I miss the libraries? *facepalm of nerddom*
44. When you look into your future, what do you see? Travel and two cats and at least one poodle.
45. Do you think in the Then, the Now, or the Yet to Come? I like to plan. I like having a plan. Do I follow the plan? Mmm.. the Now tends to be distracting.
